We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, New Zealand and most other countries. There is nothing extra to pay at checkout for delivery.
For most orders, please allow 6–12 days for delivery to Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States and New Zealand. Orders to other countries can take a little longer. In most cases orders arrive within this time.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped from our warehouse. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak periods or customs delays.
Prices are shown in your local currency (AUD, GBP, USD or NZD) and the total is confirmed at checkout. Any applicable GST, VAT or sales tax is shown at checkout.
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. Use the Track My Order link in the menu to follow your parcel. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear for international parcels.
Orders to some countries may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. Where these apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient unless shown at checkout.
